The apartment was old, but clean spacious and comfortable and very good value for the price.  One problem, we were told that high speed internet would be available which was not the case.  The microwave oven did not function but was replaced  quite promptly by the owner.  The owner was very gracious to us on departure day, staying on for a time while we waited for a cab.
