Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishes and kitchenware. The apartment also offers Internet (WiFi), cable TV, stereo system and air conditioning in bedroom. Linens and towels are also provided. Maid service once a week is included. The telephone works with pre-paid calling cards. The building offers security 24 hours. Location is also great, in the heart of Palermo. This flat is located just one block from the Botanic garden, the subway stop and the Santa fe avenue in an area surrounded by coffee-shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Alto Palermo mall, many cinemas and the Palermo Viejo district full of pubs, design shops and restaurants. A very good and comfortable option offering a great view in a central location of Buenos Aires.

The apartment is very cozy - I actually miss the nine days I lived there. Also, it's well located: very close to Palermo's Botanico and subway, surrounded by nice cafes and stylish clothes stores... and there are two small markets very close by (one just a block away, the other, two blocks), so you have convenient places to buy your food (if you're not planing to eat in restaurants and cafes all the time). The mains plazas of Palermo (concerning the neighborhood nightlife) are only about 4 to 6 blocks away... If you're worried about a good place to stay, this is a very good option.

This was a great location and very nice building and clean apartment. I would definitely recommend it to someone and I would definitely stay here again. The max comfortable occupancy is 2 people. Perfect for 2 people that don't mind sharing a bed together. The couch in the living room is NOT big enough for a 3rd person. So stick with 2 because 3 is a crowd in this lovely apartment.
